Every day you wait
is revenue you won’t get back.

Your marketing is likely not the problem. It's a brand positioning problem. We find it, then fix it.

Inside the first few weeks of working with agent.m. What most brands discover will surprise you.

You know something isn’t working. Maybe you can’t name it exactly. The customers coming in aren’t quite the right fit. The ones who do sign on seem to take more convincing than they should. Your marketing spend isn’t returning what it used to. Revenue is moving, but the growth you expected isn’t materializing. And you can’t figure out why.

Here’s what most brands do at this point: refresh the website, run a new campaign, try a different channel. And here’s what happens: things improve slightly, or not at all, and six months later the same conversation is happening again. The money spent in between is gone.

It’s not your logo, your tagline, or your marketing.
It’s very likely your brand.

What do I mean by it’s your brand? Are you accurately defining who you are? Are you clearly communicating the problems you solve for your customers? When that’s off, every dollar you spend on marketing makes the problem worse, not better. You’re amplifying the wrong signal to the wrong people. The first two to three weeks with agent.m are built to find exactly what’s going wrong and give you a clear, specific picture of what needs to change.

What’s in a brand audit.

Step 1: The Questionnaire

Before we form a single opinion, we build the foundation to form the right ones.

We start with a structured questionnaire covering your business model, the KPIs that drive decisions, and the mechanics of how your operation runs. We’ve worked across 100+ brands in travel and hospitality, which means we know what questions to ask. More importantly, we know what the answers reveal about where a brand is losing ground. This isn’t intake paperwork. It’s intelligence gathering.

Step 2: The Interviews

We conduct separate interviews with two groups: your key leaders and the frontline employees who actually deliver the product every day.

Most engagements never talk to the people doing the actual work. We do. We conduct them separately from leadership, because two decades of brand positioning work has taught us that the most important signal in any organization lives in that gap. Leadership carries the vision. Frontline employees carry the reality. When those two things don’t match, the brand can’t hold. Customers feel it even when they can’t articulate it. And it shows up in your numbers.

That gap is almost always where the revenue is leaking.

By the time the Intel Gather is complete, we have something most brands have never had: a clear, unfiltered picture of what the business actually is versus what leadership believes it to be. That picture is what everything else is built on.

Step 3: The Brand Audit

Armed with what we learned in the Intel Gather, we go to work on your brand.

We evaluate your brand across five dimensions: positioning, messaging, visual identity, digital presence, and brand experience across every customer interaction. But what makes this different from a standard audit is what we already know walking in. The Intel Gather means we’re not cold-reviewing your website. We’re measuring it against what your own people told us, and against what we know about how travel and hospitality brands win and lose customers in today’s market.

The question we’re answering isn’t just “does this look polished.” It’s: is your brand giving the right customers a clear reason to choose you, or is it quietly pulling the wrong ones your way instead?

Those two things look identical from the inside. From the outside, one builds a business and the other drains it.

Wrong-fit customers are expensive in ways most brands don’t fully account for. They take longer to close. They require more hand-holding. They leave reviews that attract more of the same. Every wrong-fit customer you acquire is a right-fit customer you didn’t.

The Brand Audit makes this visible. And almost every time, what we find isn’t as complicated to fix as brands fear. The gap between where you are and where you need to be is usually a handful of specific, targeted changes. Not a rebrand from scratch. Knowing exactly what those changes are is worth more than any campaign you could run without that clarity.

The Brand Audit evaluates how your brand is positioned, expressed, and performing. And it tells you what to do about it.

What happens when the findings land?

Two to three weeks in, you have something most brands never get: an honest read on what your brand is actually communicating. To the right customers. And the wrong ones.

For most clients, that moment is clarifying in ways they didn’t anticipate. Not because the findings are catastrophic. Because they finally have a name for what they’ve been feeling.

What comes next tends to surprise people. The competitive intelligence, the framework that turns findings into a working plan. Not because it’s complicated. Because of how quickly the path forward becomes obvious once you’re looking at the right information.

We’ll cover that in Part 2. In the meantime, if you’re already in that place, where you know something’s off but can’t put your finger on what, this is exactly where this process starts.

The next two weeks will pass either way. Make them count.

Start the conversation today, and let’s find out what’s actually going on.
