Before our session, we’ll have a one-hour phone call to set expectations & align on the discovery session outcomes.

  1. Assign a key stake-holder from your organization to lead this project

  2. Decide if we should conduct the session in person or remotely & if we should host a group session or conduct one-on-one stakeholder interviews

  3. Review our Brand Audit survey, which will be due to us at least 1-week before our scheduled discovery session

  4. Set Clear Objectives & desired outcomes. Ensure everyone knows what they need to prepare and bring.

  5. Ensure the right stakeholders are invited to our session. Include key team members from marketing, sales, product, and other relevant departments to provide diverse perspectives.

  6. Collect relevant market research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
